1. Click on Workspace

2. Click on Roles & Permissions

3. Click on Add New User Role

4. Type the Name of the User

5. If you Click on the WABA check box.
You can give permission to EDIT/PROFILE UPDATE/TEMPLATES/CONVERSATION/WEBHOOK to the User.

6. If you Click on the CRM check box.
You can give permission to CHANNEL/CONTACT/CUSTOM FIELD/EVENT HOOK/CANNED REPLIES/FILTER LIST/BROADCAST/CHANNEL GROUP/MASS BROADCAST to the User.

7. If you Click on CHAT PANEL check box.
You can give permission to ALL CONTACTS/CONTACT/UNASSIGNED CHATS/SEND OPERATOR NAME IN LIVE CHAT to the User.

8. Click on Save

9. Click on OK
